1. PERIOD


You have 14 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

2. EXCHANGE

We understand that finding the right size may require adjustment:

 

  • - The first size exchange is free within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • - For other countries or additional exchanges, the following costs apply:

How to request an exchange

  1. 1. Access our Exchange Portal using your email and order number (five digits).
  2. 2. Pack the product carefully in its original box (do not place labels directly on it).
  3. 3. Drop the package at a nearby collection point.
  4. 4. Once dropped off, your new pair will be shipped immediately, without waiting for the return to arrive at our warehouse.

You have 7 days from the moment you request the exchange for the selected product to remain reserved. After this period, we cannot guarantee its availability.


3. RETURN

If you prefer to return your order, you may do so within the indicated period. You can process it through our Returns Portal.

These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Special regions:

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: customers must arrange shipment and customs procedures.

How to request a return

  1. 1.Go to our Return Portal with your email and order number (5 digits).
  2. 2.Pack the original box securely (do not attach any labels directly to it).
  3. 3.Drop it off at a nearby pick-up point.

4. INSTANT OPERATIONS

Through Reveni, you can request an instant refund, without waiting for your return to reach our warehouse.
The system will automatically indicate if your order is eligible.

5. PRODUCT CONDITION

To be accepted for return or exchange, items must:

  • - Unworn.
  • - In perfect condition.
  • - In their original box, properly protected (do not use the shoe box as outer packaging).

6. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving any reason.

If exercised within this period:

  • The full price of the returned products will be refunded.

  • The cost of the standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase will also be refunded.

If a more expensive shipping method was selected, the difference will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 calendar days from notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
