GENERAL TIMEFRAME


You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

EXCHANGE

We understand that finding the right size can be difficult, especially if this is your first KOOPS purchase.

 

  • - The first size exchange is free within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • - For other countries or additional exchanges, the following costs apply:

How to request an exchange

  1. 1. Access our Exchange Portal using your email and order number (five digits).
  2. 2. Pack the product carefully in its original box (do not place labels directly on it).
  3. 3. Drop the package at a nearby collection point.
  4. 4. Once dropped off, your new pair will be shipped immediately, without waiting for the return to arrive at our warehouse.

You have 7 days from the moment you request the exchange for the selected product to remain reserved. After this period, we cannot guarantee its availability.


RETURN

If you prefer a refund, you can process it through our Returns Portal.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Special regions

  • - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: customers must use their own courier service and cover any customs charges to ensure the return is received.
  • - Portugal: does not include Madeira or the Azores.

How to request a return

  1. 1.Go to our Return Portal with your email and order number (5 digits).
  2. 2.Pack the original box securely (do not attach any labels directly to it).
  3. 3.Drop it off at a nearby pick-up point.

INSTANT OPERATIONS

Through Reveni, you can request an instant refund, without waiting for your return to reach our warehouse.
The system will automatically indicate if your order is eligible.


PRODUCT CONDITION

To be accepted for return or exchange, items must:

  • - Be unused.
  • - Be in perfect condition.
  • - Be returned in their original box, properly packaged (do not use the shoe box as outer packaging).
