Yes! If you place your order before 11 a.m. on a business day, are located in the Iberian Peninsula, and choose express delivery, your order will arrive the next day.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

BEST TIPS TO MAKE YOU KOOPS LAST

First, we recommend removing the insoles daily to prevent odors. Additionally, once a week, you can clean your shoes following our tips below based on the material. Most importantly, avoid using a washing machine, as it may damage the shoes.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY VEGAN LEATHER KOOPS?

KOOPS are designed to make your life easier! Simply clean them with a bit of soapy water and a brush or cleaning cloth. Disinfectant wipes also work great for quick touch-ups.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY VEGAN SUEDE KOOPS?

With a soft-bristle brush, gently scrub, and all the dirt will come off. If you don’t have a brush, you can rub the stained area with the other shoe (as long as it’s the same material) to remove the marks effectively.

CAN I WASH IT IN THE WASHING MACHINE?

No.

HOW DOES THE PREORDER WORK?

Products marked with the "preorder" tag are purchased immediately but will be shipped on the specified date indicated next to the product.

We don’t offer preorders based on sales. Our preorders last until the stock runs out or the delivery date arrives—whichever comes first.

Yes, you have two options to change the size: during the preorder period, you can contact us to make the change, and after delivery, you can enjoy one free size exchange.

Yes, you can cancel your preorder as long as it is at least 76 hours before the shipping date.
