Koops is a Spanish barefoot footwear brand that combines timeless design, conscious wellbeing and natural connection with the body for all ages.

We seek to be a reminder to find a point of stability, even in the most turbulent moments, through sensitivity and movement.

Barefoot is neither a trend nor a technical solution: it is a sensory experience.

A way to reconnect with the body and return to inhabiting the present through sensitivity. Feeling the terrain beneath one’s feet transforms rhythm, attention, and the relationship with the day. That trace is now at the center of the brand’s visual universe: movement, sensitivity and presence.

    The flexible sole accompanies every step and allows for natural movement, activating the foot with each stride and restoring its original function.

    The thin sole maximises contact with the ground, bringing us into the present moment and stimulating the sensory system.

    The completely flat sole, the same at the front and back, helps restore the body's natural posture, promoting stability and balance.

    The wide toe box gives your toes room to move freely, allowing your foot to regain its natural shape and helping to prevent discomfort and pathologies.

    My journey in podiatry led me to identify a significant lack of information about the impact of footwear on foot health, both in children and adults. That’s why I decided to specialize and share the benefits of barefoot footwear and natural movement.

Our collection is carefully produced in Guimarães, Portugal, in workshops with a long tradition and experience in footwear, where we take care of every detail of the manufacturing process.
