IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER NEXT DAY?

Yes! If you place your order before 11 a.m. on a business day, are located in the Iberian Peninsula, and choose express delivery, your order will arrive the next day.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

Providing your phone number ensures a smoother delivery experience. If the delivery driver encounters any issues, they can contact you directly to resolve them.

HOW DOES THE PREORDER WORK?

Products marked with the "preorder" tag are purchased immediately but will be shipped on the specified date indicated next to the product.

UNTIL WHEN DOES THE PREORDER LAST?

We don’t offer preorders based on sales. Our preorders last until the stock runs out or the delivery date arrives—whichever comes first.

CAN I CHANGE A SIZE DURING THE PREORDER?

Yes, you have two options to change the size: during the preorder period, you can contact us to make the change, and after delivery, you can enjoy one free size exchange.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your preorder as long as it is at least 76 hours before the shipping date.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?

Yes, you have one free size exchange in in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, which can be processed here within 15 days from delivery: https://returns.reveni.io/koops

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, you have 15 days to return your product. You can find detailed instructions on how to do so, depending on your location, on our returns policy.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No, once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can try contacting us at hola@koopsbrands.com, and if we’re available, we’ll attempt to cancel it before it’s processed. Please note, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL?

No, it’s not necessary to print the shipping label. However, it’s important that the package is well protected to ensure the product packaging isn’t damaged.
