Hemos tenido que comprar calzado nuevo por cambio de talla. Entrega rápida y servicio de atención al cliente eficiente y ágil. El modelo es bonito y al niño le resulta muy cómodo.

Un poco decepcionada

Compré este modelo de zapatos para mi hijo que destroza bastante las suelas al ir en la bici o con el patinete esperando una combinación perfecta entre resistencia y calzado respetuoso. En cuanto a la calidad de los materiales nada que decir, todo perfecto, son flexibles y estéticamente son muy bonitos pero a mi hijo le echan el pie hacia delante de forma que aunque por tamaño de pie es la talla correcta, ya no los puede poner porque le chocan los dedos contra la punta (está a mitad de talla). Es un pena, confío mucho en el criterio de Neus y estaba toda ilusionada con nuestras KOOPS pero no sé si me atreveré a comprar otro par.

Puntera mejorable

El primer día que se los puso mi hijo se cayó y se le rascaron en la punta. Como mejora propondría un material algo más resistente en la puntera.
