Buen zapato pero mejorable

De diseño un 10, pero hay campo de mejora en la calidad del hilo de los cosidos.

Excepcional atención al cliente

Compré 2 pares de Auro para mis hijos de 5 años. Ellos han utilizado siempre calzado respetuoso desde que empezaron a caminar, y han probado muchísimas marcas. Era la primera vez que probaban unas Koops.
Lamentablemente el diseño de las zapatillas no encaja con la forma del pie de mis hijos y no van cómodos, por lo que las Auro no son para ellos.
Sin embargo he de agradecer la excelente atención de Sofia, que se preocupó personalmente por nuestro caso, y nos dió una solución.

Son las segundas que tenemos y el mejor calzado que hemos probado. Corre, escala, aprendió a saltar con ellas…y encima fáciles de limpiar.

Me parecen muy bonitas. Mi hija va muy cómoda con ellas y ya no se me rompen las uñas de los pies como le pasaba con otros zapatos
