Me encanta esta marca, no es la primera vez que la compro, pero esta vez me ha decepcionado la compra en Koops. Siguiendo la guía de tallas de la página decido pedir a mi hija unas zapatillas RAFI rosa de la talla 30 (le mide justo 18,8 cm el pie y en la guía dice que el mínimo debe ser 18,8 cm para una talla 30). Al llegar la zapatilla, a la niña le quedan muy justas y procedo a descambiarlas por un número más. De hecho, mido la plantilla y no llega a 19 cm, ya que el final de la plantilla asciende con el contrafuerte del zapato. Ahora no hay talla 31, ni del modelo elegido ni de ninguna otra y para devolver la zapatilla tengo que volver a pagar 5€. En resumen, que voy a peder 10 euros por un error en la guía de tallas. Tengo fotos tanto de la medición de la plantilla como de la guía de tallas, por si la empresa necesita ponerse en contacto conmigo, pues lo agradecería para que me diesen un solución.
He repetido zapas para mi hija. El mismo modelo, distinto número. Sé que son buenas para mi niña y, además, son super bonitas!!!

Mea parecido una pasada de zapatillas y también fáciles de limpiar estamos encantados gracias eso si podrían ser más asequibles para todos los clientes y todos los niños y papás ir con un buen zapato como toca un saludo
