No puedo estar más contenta, después de usarloS un par de veces, pedí unos para mi hijo.De los zapatos más cuidados que hemos tenido.
El zapato bonito y el concepto de barefoot muy bueno pero personalmente no me veía con ellas y decidí devolverlas acorde a su política que ellos confirmaron. Ahora llevo desde el 24 de noviembre esperando su respuesta por email, ya van 3 que no me responden y sigo esperando el reembolso de 135€. Me parece muy poco profesional no recibir respuesta alguna y no va ligado a la imagen y de la marca.
I have bought two pairs and after a month they were already breaking down. So I have asked for a refund as I would have never wanted to have another pair, however they propose me a voucher of around 60 € which I could use to buy another pair and make the not sustainable cycle going on and on. I refused to use it as i don’t want to pay medium-high price and then have other low quality shoes… it’s a shame they were the coolest barefoot brand I had found
Son los mejores zapatos que puedes tener en tu vida, me gustan muchísimo y mis pies están muy alegres con ellos.
